Childauna53 - check the connection of the antenna cable

There are no antenna cables at Swisscom….

There is currently an official fault message:

Swisscom blue TV box partially impaired

Some customers are currently experiencing problems with Swisscom blue TV. The TV box cannot be started correctly. We recommend that affected customers restart the Swisscom TV Box. Disconnect the TV Box from the power supply and reconnect it after one minute. This should solve the problem. We apologise for the inconvenience.

no signal - check the connection of the antenna cable

This is a message from your TV set and means that it has not found a signal or that the correct HDMI connection has not been selected.

If the TV box is optimally set up, you can switch off the TV box and the TV with the remote controls, wait a few seconds and then switch on the TV first and then the TV box again. The TV box should then automatically switch the TV back to the correct input.

If this does not work, you should use the TV remote control to select the HDMI connection to which the TV box is connected in the TV menu.

I didn’t notice the interruption myself. But in the morning I had to change the channel lists from the standard list to the channel list I had made and also change the start menu from the home menu to the last channel set. Otherwise it worked as usual, I didn’t even have to restart the box.

POGO 1104 ….. but the problem won’t be solved until you don’t have to go through this procedure every time you start the TV. You can expect that if everything, TV box and remote control are set up correctly, the TV will run without a miserably long wait, full stop.

well, the recommendation for customers is to disconnect the TV box from the power supply, switch it on again, etc. and the next time it starts, the whole thing starts all over again….

If the TV set and the TV box are configured correctly, absolutely no “procedure” is necessary. Then switch on the TV box and the TV with the Swisscom remote control and you’re done.
