Continue watching after interruption

Since the changeover (approx. 2 months ago) to the new guide, a lot has changed for the worse.

  • Current programmes watched with a time delay are no longer entered in the “last watched” programmes. Accordingly, they cannot be “watched again” after switching the box back on.
  • Scroll function in Guide (using the P button) has deteriorated significantly. Often “no information” is displayed.

I don’t understand why good functions are so easily abandoned or omitted.

    Hello brunom

    Watched current programmes time-shifted

You can open the Information of a programme in the guide with the OK button and select between Continue watching and Watch from the beginning using the Watch button. This allows you to continue watching a programme after starting the box.

Scroll function in Guide (using the P button) has deteriorated significantly. Often “no information” is displayed.

Is it possible that you always switch off your TV box completely, disconnect it from the power supply or do not operate it in standby mode?
If so, the box must first load the data for the guide from the Internet after starting and this takes time. If the box is running in standby mode, it can load the guide in advance. The guide shows 7 days backwards and a few more days forwards. Before and after this, the “no information” display is normal.

Lesen, was auf dem Bildschirm steht.

GuidoL The feature to continue watching really doesn’t always work, whether in Replay or during recordings. But that was already the case before the update. My Swisscom box is never switched off completely.
The TV guide also occasionally displays the message “No information available”.
