YouTube and Amazon Prime playback is mediocre

Since the big SW update of Swisscom TV, everything has become super slow and laggy for me. The Amazon app is “spinning” again (after it was fixed once). I often have to try to start the app several times before the start screen finally appears. The stream is also often disrupted and it jerks. The same with YouTube. Logging in works but the films keep hanging for a short time. The “normal” TV experience is also yawningly slow. I hope the tech team has this on their radar. It’s no fun like this any more.
