bluesport app

After being able to access the bluesport app via the TV box without any problems since switching to wingo, this has no longer been possible since last Tuesday, allegedly because I use Swisscom TV-Air and can therefore receive bluesport via various mobile devices. I am therefore expected to receive “Bluesport” at home via my laptop, but the TV box from Wingo, which has since been replaced, can no longer do this.

I’m pretty perplexed, and so were the very friendly advisors from Wingo and Swisscom…

Has anyone had similar experiences?

Does this occur every time? Or was a mobile phone actively logged in at the same time? Blue sport has 1 streaming key at 1 time, so to speak. This means that 2 devices cannot watch at the same time
