Programmed recordings are not displayed

They are displayed on the mobile phone, tablet and on the box. Unfortunately, my red squiggles do not appear on the PC with browser (Edge, Firefox, Chrome). I have also tested it on another PC. Too bad it always worked. Had such a nice overview. 1st picture is in the browser and the 2nd on the tablet. since I am more on the PC I miss this overview. Hope this will be fixed again

    I have just tested this. Yes, in the browser you can’t see immediately in the EPG whether a programme is being recorded.
    You have to move the mouse pointer over the programme (mouseover). Then you can see from the REC symbol whether the programme is being recorded. If the dot is red, the programme is being recorded. If the dot is grey, the programme is not being recorded.

    Would be nice if this was visible like on the box or on mobile devices without mouseover.

      I have noticed this and many other (about 20 pcs) things too. With several individual shots (a red dot) from a series, only the one furthest in the future is displayed. So I can no longer see in “Planned” what I will be recording tomorrow. You might as well throw the function away!!!! Everything since the changeover on 28.10.24!!! The whole system was messed up. I’ve already reported it to Swisscom by phone. But they showed very little interest in finding a solution. What else can you do? Greetings

        WotanWahnwitz So I see three options under Recordings => Manage recordings

        1. scheduled
        2. active series recordings
        3. archive/delete

        This works perfectly on Box 21 (after the update). So nothing has been messed up.

        If this is different for you, I would restart the box in step 1 in the settings (Home => Gear => TV and Radio at the bottom). If that doesn’t help, disconnect the box from the power supply for 30 seconds. If this still does not help, perform a hard reset using the reset button on the bottom of the box.
