Restart the TV-Box or reset depending on the model.
If necessary, disconnect the TV-Box from the power supply, wait briefly and then plug it back in.
Let the TV-Box restart completely and then type it again.
In order to be able to help you specifically, please specify the model of your TV-Box and the connection to the router (Internet box).
For AXN (Black or White) I can’t tell you if episodes are missing because I have the Blue Premium subscription (DE).

The error with the EPG data from AXN is known and our colleagues are working on fixing it.
Unfortunately, there is currently nothing left but to wait until the fix comes from the EPG supplier and the new data is in the system.
