Loyalty award Vouchers

    • I won a loyalty award voucher that is redeemable until tonight. I place a purchase and it won’t let me finish and use my voucher for the payment.

      The vouchers are only valid for products on sale in the online store, but the shop does not offer vouchers to be used to top up prepaid phones.

      Since 2017, physical vouchers are no longer part of our assortment.

      Customers who still have Swisscom credit card format vouchers can use them to buy a device or an accessory in Swisscom Shops.

      Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to deduct them from invoices.

      You probably received an online voucher in the form of a discount code valid in our Online Shop.

      To use it, once in our Online Shop, add the item of your choice to the cart and enter the code in the last step of the ordering process, into the provided field “Add online voucher”, see screenshot below:

        Ok.. Did I ever mention that I am trying to redeem the voucher with a bill?

        I didn’t say that at all..

        I said I couldn’t redeem it with a online purchase I chose.

        Thanks for your help but this is more loosing my time now explaining myself to you.
