Replay TV

When I want to watch a replay program, the program doesn’t start but the old program from before runs for about 20 minutes.

How should I proceed to make this work again?

Salü, are all channels affected or just a specific one? Which?

Possibly a transmitter problem.
If all channels have such a time shift of 20 minutes, I would restart the box completely or try a reset.

are you watching with the TV box? I feel like that. Problem in mind where there is a time shift problem at TeleZüri, e.g. B. in the Blue app on Smart TVs or on Apple TV.

Nothing like this was noticed anywhere on the TV boxes, not even on TeleZüri.
