I would like to use my landline phone to receive and send SMS.
It worked until a few years ago (I rarely use it).
Now I think that the SMS service center number set in my phone (Gigaset SL 910) is no longer correct, and I can’t find a new number anywhere.
Is it still possible?

@Viefreumei69 Hi, yes, until a few years ago it was still possible, but since July 2018 Swisscom unfortunately no longer offers this service. I’m sorry I don’t have better news.

Thank you for your kind and prompt response.
At almost the point I resign myself and try to find an alternative; like one of those services that allocates you a disposable number for a few minutes (even if I don’t like the idea a bit).
