Registration procedure / My Swisscom

  • Hello folks

    As of today, the following message appears when I log in:

    Oops!

    There seems to be a problem. Sorry, we couldn’t log you in, please try again. If the problem persists, try again later or call the support line.

    There is a try again button underneath, but then the same message appears again. Exciting, I can get in easily with my smartphone, but not on the PC.

    Do you know that?

    I’ll be in Kundencenter. When I then click on the webmail, the same thing again. I already have the new webmail and, as I said, the message doesn’t appear on my smartphone.

    Can you perhaps set up the e-mail program on the PC again? What kind of e-mail program do you have?

    It is important to check whether the email is still available in WEB-Mail before setting it up again.
