We are improving the streaming experience on blue TV

Dear Community 

We’re bringing TV and streaming closer together! From 28 October 2024, we will have a new subscription and an additional offer for you.

  • The new streaming subscription blue Binge: blue Binge combines the two most popular streaming services, Netflix and Disney+, in one subscription. Receive the basic Netflix subscription and standard Disney+ subscription for a combined subscription price of CHF 19.90/mo. – which is almost 30% less than the individual Netflix and Disney+ subscription prices. The contract term is 1 year.

  • New TV subscription blue TV XXL: The new TV subscription includes the entire blue TV offering with 2000 hours of recording, 7 days of Replay and more than 330 TV channels, blue Play, blue Premium including Sky Show and the new subscription blue Binge. The XXL subscription is available for CHF 49.90/mo. for the first 6 months and CHF 69.80/mo. thereafter.

The next blue TV update will also bring improvements to streaming:

  • New streaming mode: Streaming is to become a more integral part of your TV experience, with streaming content displayed on the home screen. What’s more, the colour buttons on the remote control are automatically linked to the most popular streaming apps (Netflix, YouTube, Disney+ and Paramount+).

  • Programmable colour keys: You can now decide which apps you want to access using the coloured buttons on your remote control. To begin with, all the apps, plus blue Video, streaming and sports are available to choose from.

  • Marking of viewed content: Whether for individual episodes, entire seasons or on the overview page, you can now see where you have got to in movies and shows, making it easier to continue watching from where you left off.

You can upgrade from the basic Netflix subscription (no advertising, HD 720p, watch on 2 devices at the same time) or standard Disney+ subscription (no advertising, HD 1080p, watch on 3 devices at the same time) at any time, even on a monthly basis. You will then be charged the price difference between the subscription included in blue Binge and the more expensive option.
