Availability of customer service

  • My internet has been dropping off and on for the past 3 days. I’m unsure whether it’s the Anschluss or the router. The chat doesn’t help, it only leads to an appointment to arrange a callback. Unfortunately, Swisscom hasn’t called back for 3 days. What to do?

      p.s. You should only be asked to describe your concern yourself in MySwisscom (this way you can open a problem yourself and the customers’ descriptions are often very detailed and therefore better for us).

      But if you simply say “no” (to “would you like to receive the link via SMS”) you will be connected as normal.

    There shouldn’t really be a callback.

    Did you provide a mobile number, or perhaps a landline number that is currently no longer available?
