Disney +

  • I have recently changed over to blue supermax including what was my existing disney+ account. All was working fine but now doesn’t matter which device through the box or direct with apps on other tv or laptop. I get error message trying to logon on with screen asking to return to home page. Tried turning it on and off and unistalling but no joy. Any advice please.

    • Finally sorted it out in the typical IT solution turned the router on and off. No clue how this was related to Disney + all other streaming apps worked no problem.

    For TV-Box, if the problem doesn’t go away with a restart of the TV-Box, try resetting it.

    For the laptop, delete the browsing history and restart the drinking machine. Test with another browser.
