Blue TV App Constantly Failing to Download recordings

My Blue TV app got stuck on my iPad and only way to restart was to delete app and reload. Now it won’t download recordings I had previously saved. Each one starts to download then stops or fails and restarts but never fully downloads. So annoying as have a 14hr flight home tomorrow!

Any suggestions?

please specify which iPad model is being used and which iPadOS version is installed

Go to Settings > General > About. The items you can view include: Name. iPadOS software version.

Not sure it’s an issue with iPad (am using latest iPadOS 18.0.1 on a iPad 11 (3rd Generation)) as I was able to download at next hotel on my trip (and at home of a friend). It has happened before and I’ve learnt to be patient. Maybe some hotel WiFi networks restrict amount of download etc..

However, the crash that caused the App to lock and requiring delete/re-installation is a concern as you then have start all over again.
