Following the end of NRJ12 and C8 on French DTT, LCI is finally broadcast in HD on French DTT

Now it’s up to Swisscom….

By the way, Sunrise has already taken over the LCI signal in HD on 1 March….

    Thanks a lot. So we’re waiting for Swisscom to switch LCI to HD.
    But perhaps strangely, I don’t see any difference between CNEWS or BFM and LCI!
    Will HD really make a difference and at what level?

      Can someone explain to me why LCI is in HD on the internet in Blue TV and not on the TV box?

          For your information, LCI has been freely available in HD on French DTT since 1 March 2025. Since that date, the signal has already been picked up by various operators (Sunrise, Net+, for example).

          The signal has even been free-to-air on satellite since 1 March.

          It remains to be seen whether Swisscom will make the change at the beginning of April.

            Suddenly, I’m having major doubts! Do I have HD or not? If I search under Options, I get the result High quality.
            But is it really HD? I seem to remember that the channel logo had HD in front of it. For example
            HD TF1. How can I see/know if it’s really HD?
