    Since updating the box to Android, I’ve been having problems for two or three days.

    Let me explain, I change the channel to watch a show, everything is fine but when I go to the channel menu and I want to look at the description of another channel, I find myself stuck on the channel menu with a circle of "download running in a loop) I can’t get out of the menu and therefore I have to restart the said box, can you help me understand what’s happening please.

      Cannot repeat the problem whether I go through the channel guide or the channel selection list (with the up key to start). Whatever program is selected, the details are displayed immediately if I press OK.

      Try resetting the TV-Box instead of just restarting it. You have to reconfigure everything, but that’s the only option I have to offer.
