Email synchronization error
Good day,
Since switching to the new email at Swisscom in September 2024, I have been constantly receiving error messages regarding synchronization on my Android email clients. I have three email accounts at bluewin.ch. I access this from my two Android devices via Fair E-Mail using the IMAP protocol. Since the change, I now regularly receive the message “Maximum number of connections from user+IP exceeded” (maximum is 10). Accounts with gmx, Gmail etc. do not show the problem. Swisscom only wants to give me paid support.
Who knows about it? Who has the same problem? Are there solutions to this?
