Thank you very much for all the contributions. I would like to clarify my question again here. How can I allow the site? You can click on the field during the purchasing process but it doesn’t respond. Why can’t you allow the site to be trustworthy during the purchasing process? Throwing out Internet Security solves the “nice and dirty” problem, but it doesn’t answer my question.
Hello @Bernie63
invested the time in a quick Google search:
In the My Security app you can allow websites and applications that have been blocked by mistake.
For software applications: Go to “Settings” “Viruses and threats” “DeepGuard” “Show blocked applications”. Select “Allow” on the blocked application.
For websites: Go to “Settings” “Safe Browsing” “Browsing Protection” “Show website exceptions”. Enter the website under “Add New”. Alternatively, you can also select the page in the “blocked” tab and allow it.
Lesen, was auf dem Bildschirm steht.

It’s best to contact F-Secure support straight away, because Swisscom support doesn’t know about this third-party product either, so it’s better to save yourself the huge queue times at the Swisscom hotline that are currently caused by mail migration 🙂
