I can’t watch recordings of programs ONLY on these two channels: RTL / Nitro
When I select recordings on the screen the message appears:
"Upps, something appears to have gone wrong.
Please try again later"
Same behavior if I try to watch a live program from the beginning.
I have no problem with recordings of all other channels (>30)
This thing happens both with the App for AppleTV and via web browser.
Any advice?

With the Edge/Win11 browser, I have no problem playing recordings on the RTL and Nitro channels.
which browser are you using?
did you delete the browsing history?
did you test with another browser?
can you provide examples of programs that don’t work?

Thank you, I found the problem: my AdguardHome server blocking one specific domain (sctv.ch). This is why only some channels are affected: only the ones that force you to watch ads before you can replay the program…
