Good evening,
I can no longer open '‘My data’' (Imac Os Sanoma 14.5) although I can open it on the mobile.
Thank you
Hello Chussagau52
It’s entirely possible that this won’t work with the current OS. The new system is version 14.6. It would be better to try doing the update, and after that it should work.

Hello
The simplest solution is to permanently delete My Security, as it is obvious that it is causing more and more problems. Macs all come with their own security system called XProtect, making the security offered by Swisscom redundant and potentially harmful. I invite you to click on the following link to learn more about the security built into all Macs.
Have a nice day Doremi
To recover your passwords, if you cannot reload the program, it is essential to contact Swisscom support on 0800 800 800. I helped an acquaintance who had a similar problem with a Swisscom suite, but he ultimately had to call on a computer specialist specializing in Mac. It seems that Swisscom often has difficulties with Mac devices, as there are regular compatibility issues. The best way to manage your passwords is to always make a backup copy: a protected version on your Mac and another on an external service, because external servers sometimes fail.

On Macs, Xprotect is enabled by default and cannot be disabled.
Regarding passwords, it was an acquaintance working at Apple Support who recommended a free, quality product to me. The program is called Proton Pass for Safari.

Thank you Doremi,
I just contacted My Service Technical Assistance, they did nothing, they just offered me their Assistance at CHF 45.- for 15 minutes.
I find their support systems disappointing. I pay a subscription of CHF 9.90/month.
I will not cancel this scam. We must stop taking customers for cash cows.
Once again thank you for your help.
Cordialement.
