Which TV-Box do you have?
Has the TV-Box already been completely disconnected from the power supply?

Good evening @Prioyeuhi15
You write that you have 3 boxes, are there also 3 TV sets? If so, have you connected the box to another TV? Just to see if the error moves along.
I have exactly the same problem, only with the new box. The old box runs perfectly. Please help quickly, because you can’t watch TV like this. Although I made this workaround.
1. The old box was exchanged with the new one at the location where the picture always said goodbye. No success!
2. Forced the reset with a paper clip, no success!
3. Replaced HDMI cable, no success!
4. Reset router and box, no success etc.!
It’s very annoying because I’m apparently not alone with this problem. I expect an immediate solution to this problem, otherwise I will reverse the update.
Which TV-Box do you have exactly?
I have the Swisscom Box 21 and the TV-Box 5 in use with the latest firmware and Samsung TVs are connected.

Hello everyone
Thank you for your message. The reports are worrying and we take them very seriously.
It would be of great importance to us if you let me know the exact TV model with which you identified the problems. This will help us tremendously in further isolating the problem and subsequent troubleshooting. We can also ensure that we can inform our support staff correctly.
@Tuppocheup95 @Maprummiet91 @Prioyeuhi15 Please send me the affected TV model via PM or directly here in the forum. If you do it directly in the forum, it will also help other possible affected customers.
I will also forward your cases to our support. You will also receive a PM from me.
We have a Samsung television that is about 6 years old. The TV Box 5 and the TV Box 21. I swapped the TV box and what’s strange is that when I install the Box21 or the TV Box 5 in the bedroom, it works smoothly and without interruptions on this Philipps brand television. But when I reinstall the box on the television in the living room where the router is also present, I have these problems on the Samsung television. Before the update everything was perfect. I also reset everything and used a paper clip etc. Nothing helped. I also reset the television and unplugged all devices. Nothing had any effect.
Hi @Maprummiet91 see also my PM, you will help us enormously if you look up the exact Samsung TV model when you get the chance. There seem to be individual models from 2014 that are causing problems. But it probably only affects a few models; my Samsung JS8080 from 2014 in the office does not show these problems.
Apparently I’m getting a new box now, but the problem is in my girlfriend’s house. Isn’t it a problem because of the ID PIN? What’s also interesting is that the TV is sort of hung up. Now there’s always a still image asking me to log in to Google, heee. Was the Samsung possibly hacked after the update? I can neither confirm nor press skip with the remote control, the whole thing is very interesting. What’s also strange is that I can watch Netflix etc. without any problems and without any interruptions. My Latin is at the end and I’m actually not that bad technically. To this day I have always been able to fix my errors on the TV myself.
The box also works on your girlfriend’s Anschluss.
Basically, the Swisscom Box 21 migrates to Android TV, which means you will also be asked for a Google login during the first migration. Is it possible that you would simply have to use the TV-Box remote instead of the TV remote?
Edit: the picture posted is from TV-Box, just use our FB. Login can be skipped.
