    I received 2 messages from Swisscom??? asking me to click on a link to receive a refund for one or more overpaid invoices.

    I think it’s phishing, because Swisscom who has my payment details should be able to reimburse me directly without asking me to click on a link, right?

      yes, it is a fraudulent email, do not press any links, Swisscom would not send such emails, you can report the email to spamreport@bluewin.ch, then delete it and forget about it.

      Swisscom would not reimburse, but would deduct the montant from the following invoice
