New layout is unusable

  • New layout on mobile:

Absolutely impractical!!!! Takes up too much space, totally confusing because there is too much text. Moving to folders is more tedious than before.

Why can’t you still block spam on the mobile phone version???, that’s only possible on the PC.

You still can’t click: Next e-mail, always click back first and then open a new e-mail, such crap.

Please restore the old layout! That wasn’t great, but now it’s just tedious!

    It’s just catastrophic.

Who came up with this crap????

But you already know that there is an email program from the respective manufacturer on every mobile phone and that it is a completely nonsensical idea to want to use web mail that is only optimized for PCs on a mobile phone?

There is no going back, there is only the new version.

You can adjust a few things using the “Settings”, you have to try it

Samsung has an app for you that is optimized precisely for their devices:

The only disastrous thing about webmail is when someone uses it on their smartphone. How come? It’s not even intended for something like that! Of course you can use it, but it’s just unnecessarily complicated and not user-friendly. As was said, set up the mail app and you’re good. Samsung Email is already preinstalled on every Samsung cell phone. Set it up once and you have a completely different level of ease of use. Other cell phones and iPhones also have a mail app, often including Gmail, or you can download it for free if necessary. Reason: You use an email app on your cell phone. Webmail is intended for PCs.

The link above provides good step-by-step instructions on how to set this up so that you can send and receive emails in the app.

I know it’s “just” the community here, but why exactly is there no way back to the old version? Are there technical reasons for this? You could simply see that the new version has clearly deteriorated usability and switch back to the old version until you have adapted the quality of the new version to the old one?
