Contract

  • Hi,

    1. I have contract for Marzengasse, but I have fully moved from there to Eigerstrasse. Is it possible to terminate contract on Marzengasse?

    2. I have lost my phone - Samsung S24 Ultra, which was connected to Swisscom and used in car (mostly) for Android Auto. Is it possible somehow receive detailed statistic, where I can see connection to network from all of the devices. In really I need last connection and where from this device. Depends on it I can try to understand, where I have lost it. (for example 15.07.2024, Poland).

    3. Do you know when Swisscom plan to lay fiber in our region?

      Hi @Kiobeufi91

      1) Maybe you can make a deal with Swisscom and get rid of one of the contracts by extending the other one, If I were you, I would call support (0800 800 800) and explain the situation to them - I am sure you will find a solution!

      2) Unfortunately, Swisscom won’t provide you with this information. However, with a Samsung device, you might have two options:

Phone vendors and Google provide their own services to locate and possibly recover lost/stolen phones:

      Samsungs “Smartthings Find” network: https://smartthingsfind.samsung.com/login

Googles “Find My Device” service: https://www.google.com/android/find/

About termination - yep, there was contracted for 2y at Märzengasse, but I move from there early and when I moved early I have asked Swisscom to do new connection - because sometime (around half year) I used both property. But now I fully moved from Märzengasse and looks like for contract there will be one more year and my new home already have contract for two years also.

    2. Google search doesn’t help. Swisscom contact via chat also - they can’t help, but all what I need last connection date and network/country of this phone.

    3. accepted, thanks!
