Bills despite non working SIM card

  • My simcard was not working since February this year, I tried to activate it, never received confirmation and simcard was not seeing connection. As I was abroad it was not possible to order a new sim. But this month I have received a bill for all the previous months when simcard was not working (as it doesn’t see any network) and a huge fine for the service which was never provided.

    • It’s unfortunate, but the subscription is running regardless of the fact that you’re using the service or not.

      Have you tried to provision an eSIM instead of a physical SIM?
