Good evening, my mom has a new TV Box 5, I bought her JBL TUNE headphones so that she can use them to regulate the volume. But now the volume is too low. I read in the forum that this is the case with the TV Box 5. What options are there so that my mom can use headphones without the volume being limited?
Is it a wired headphone or a Bluetooth one.
If it is with a cable you can connect it directly to the TV and with the TV-Box the volume to max. and then regulate the volume with the TV.
However, I connected my headphones directly to the TV-Box via Bluetooth and set the setting on the TV-Box to “Surround” where the volume is not adjusted with the remote control, but directly with my Philips headphones.
