myCanal and account

    I wanted to know if there has been a change in the method of connecting to the myCanal application on Swisscom boxes.

    Indeed, I am usually connected to the myCanal application with an offer independent of Swisscom (QoQa offer) and since this evening I find myself systematically connected to my Canal account linked to my Swisscom subscription. And it’s impossible to disconnect, it automatically reconnects to the Canal account at Swisscom.

      No, unfortunately there is nothing to do. From now on, the myCanal application on Swisscom boxes is only for Canal via Swisscom customers.

    Same problem here. I already had a private subscription to myCanal and the application on the Swisscom Box displayed the Apple TV+ channels Paramount+ and HBO, plus other Canal+ channels with my private account

    Since switching to “blue Premium with CANAL+”, I have lost HBO, Apple TV+ and I finally only have Paramount+ left. On my other devices (iPad or mobile), these are still available.

    Is there no way to retrieve the content of the app with my private subscription and “overwrite” the abonnement Swisscom?
