Why does Swisscom not offer to upgrade to the Universal Service (Swisscom internet basic) which costs 45 Frs, which also has a download speed of 10 Mbit/s?
Good evening Baulloror41
It’s quite simple: for a download at 10 Mbit/s, it’s possible, but for sending at 1 Mbit/s in upload, the speed is very, very low. Additionally, there is no option for Swisscom TV or to add a phone line. If these two options do not interest you and you use the Internet very little, you can call 0800 800 800. There is an activation fee of 43 CHF for registering for “Swisscom Internet Basic”.

Here’s how to keep your Bluewin email address after canceling your Swisscom subscription:

And if you have to stay on the Swisscom network you will find cheaper at Wingo or M-Budget
the flow argument, in relation to the targeted audience, is not necessarily very audible.

@PTT Hello
You can offer your friend the Wingo offer (cheaper subscription for landline and mobile), which belongs to Swisscom and uses the Swisscom network, known for its smooth operation. See the link below.
