I have the TV Box1 and it came on yesterday during a film that didn’t continue. Then I unplugged the box and restarted it, but Disney couldn’t start anymore. TV program, Netflix ran without any problems. This morning the same game with a documentary that started normally today. After a while it was finished. I reset the box and it worked again.

I would like to check with me to see if this is the same for me and if I need to report the problem to Disney or our SoC manufacturer.
TV Box 1 do you mean the IP1400? You can see it in the UI or on the bottom of the TV box itself.
Which Disney+ subscription do you have? Premium, standard or standard with advertising?

One more tip: Instead of a reset, if I were you I would just uninstall the Disney app and reinstall it.
Simply long press “OK” on the remote control on the Disney logo in the app section to uninstall the app…
