Turn off the Apple TV box

Good day

Who can help me? Switching on the Apple TV box works perfectly with the remote control. The TV is also just turning on. How should I proceed so that the same game is repeated only in backward order? The Apple SWisscom TV box switches off, but the TV does not. Why is that so? Please suggest a solution.

Who knows the problem? I have to log in to the Swisscom TV app every 2 days. What could be the reason?

Normally you don’t have to log in to Apple TV-Box every two days.
