I can' t order product 'Bluewin E-mail basic' with my login account

Hello everybody,

I’ d like to create a free email box with Swisscom.

I don’ t have any subscription with Swisscom and I’ m out of Switzerland.

In order to do this I created a Swisscom account.

Then I try to order the product ‘ Bluewin e-mail basic’ by means of it.

When I push ‘ Confirm’ a sudden error appears: ‘product not orderable- please try again later’.

What does this mean? Is this product related only to Swisscom paying costomers, or anyway Swiss residentials?

Fraldiobipp19 Yes, that’s it, Bluewin Basic is only available (included) for customers with a internet subscription from Swisscom. If you don’t have this, you can subscribe for Blue E-mail light (free) or BLue E-mail advanced, see the link:
