Nokia 5G Booster / Login

  • In the Internet-Booster menu on the Internet box there is a menu item “Support Page”. There I see some of the data but for most menu items you need a login username plus password. What are these?

Greetings and thank you for your answers

      Hi @gundi

These are individual for each booster and are on 2x stickers, which were included in the booster packaging:

To install the app, access would have to be via internetbox.home>Internetbooster->Support page

    can be done or not?

    Greetings gundi

    Hi @gundi

Yes - the app can’t really do much, I also always use the web GUI~

I just saw the deleted message now.

You don’t need to install an app - but the link in the GUI may not work. Simply look in the device list to see what IP the booster has and visit it in the browser of your choice: http://ip-deines-boosters

    @gundi

Both variants are described on the small piece of paper.

I’m not entirely sure anymore, but with the app on my cell phone you could find the best location without a PC. It was almost a year ago when I tested the 5G booster.

It may be that this has been changed in the meantime. It doesn’t work for me. I’ve had the booster since October 2023

It may be that there has been a firmware update and the “small” note that was included in the packaging no longer works.

The small piece of paper is just the admin account. I need the superadmin account which allows me to change APN settings. This is defined by ISP/firmware and is not on the packaging.

You can also ask about this at the link!

Or @Roger G has another idea, but is not always present in the community.

You will not be able to change the APN settings. The thing is permanently configured for operation with the Swisscom network and with the Swisscom Internet boxes.

If you want an “open/free” booster, you have to get it through other channels…
