  • Chat & Call Assist: translates phone calls and chat conversations so that the other person understands you, even if you don’t speak the same language. Call Assistant also reads typed text out loud when you can’t make a call.
  • Photo Assist: thanks to AI and new editing functions, background additions and moving objects, your photos and videos look even better.

Good evening,

I’m 1 click away from ordering the s24 Ultra but I have a question.

Swisscom has decided to drop RCS (thus abandoning all Samsung users without returning to MMS for the native SMS messaging app)

With the new AI and Chat Assist which only works in the native app, will it work without RCS?

Good evening

12 days later

A little INFORMATION that may be useful to some of you.

A friend who bought the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra came to my house with his device which had a serious defect. He

wanted to return it to Swisscom. On a whole part of the screen, the stylus did not work, nor did the finger. He couldn’t write or press on an icon.

I told him to take the cell phone out of its case. A little in disbelief, he agreed and found that, without the case, the screen now responded perfectly to the stylus and finger across the ENTIRE screen.

Explanation: there are many cases that have a magnet to keep them closed and it is this magnet that disrupts the screen.

When purchasing a case, take your mobile with you and test how the screen reacts when the mobile is in the case.
