@Egoline68 How long have you had it unplugged? If only for a moment, I would leave it unplugged for 15 - 30 minutes. If that doesn’t help (or has helped) and it’s the UHD box, you can reset the box by piercing the hole on the back of the box with a paper clip.

I had the same problem on Saturday, Netflix, DAZN and Prime Video got stuck or didn’t start, for me it was the Swisscom Box (IP2000).
As @Gaeilgeoir wrote, I then disconnected it from the power for 15 seconds. After that everything was ok again.
