Contacts (location)

Hello community

I work on my Surface under Windows 10 with Microsoft 365. As far as I know, the emails are stored on the Swisscom server.

Where are my contacts automatically saved when I create and save a new one in Outlook? At Swisscom? or on a server at Microsoft? and how can I access these contacts? edit these?
