Access to websites

If I try and access the following websites from my laptop at home using a Swisscom Internet connection, I get an error message:

If I use my laptop on a Business Internet Connection, then I can access the websites. I have tried to run tracert on the sites and the link test fails at Swisscom. The sites can also not be accessed on phones using Swisscom or ones using Wingo, which I understand also run on the Swisscom infrastructure. Any ideas please?

I would say DNS, I see that google will resolve the name,

Works for me. Maybe it was a temporary issue.

Thanks for checking. Still not working for me or other people I know. Will keep trying to identify the issue.

Thanks for checking. Issue seems to definitely sit with Swisscom home internet service, but they cannot tell me why they cannot fix it as everyone that I have spoken to so far does not know what is causing the issue.

Must be a DNS issue. I forgot to mention that I use Cloudflare DNS.

Either they or Swisscom have some issue with the DNS configuration, or the domains are in some black list that Swisscom uses.

To phrase it in the words of the famous thinkers @ChristianEb:

Both default Swisscom DNS-servers (195.186.4.162 and 195.186.1.162) refuse to resolve the domains.

Maybe @NicoleH can forward this information to the right team, so @Fauppaldio47 does not have to contact the support again?

Of course i forwarded the point since i answered here, to the responsible peoples.
I'd looks like there is a issue, unfortentely outsite our network.
We tried to reach the responsible Authoritative DNS Server Administrator team to check where the issue is located there.

well, if the authoritative Servers for this Domain don't give answer, Swisscom DNS respond with Servfail.
Interesting, the glue Record don't contain the IPv6 Nameserve.
The Operators for this Domain didn't react on our Problem-Report
