Sunrise has the Champions League listed on Servus TV.

So if blue TV really switches a black screen on Servus TV, and other providers leave the channel open, which they are allowed to do, then you can only shake your head.

But thanks to the Box 5 and Appke TV, it’s a snap to get Servus TV on your TV via VPN Austria via Servus On or or Joyn at (both free).

@Andy7171 The rights don’t matter if you can access a channel freely in Switzerland.

It’s the same as with ARD/ZDF, ORF, RAI or the private Germans. These were never darkened when a competing sport, including the CL, was shown at the same time. I’m sure nothing will be redacted about Sunrise tomorrow, why should they?

A small setback from the CL front, today the Italian channel Canale 5 is broadcasting the game Leipzig - Real, on BLue TV the EPG says “Non Annunciato” (not announced),

When you click on it, it appears:

I’m assuming there will be the same thing on Servus TV tomorrow.

Zattoo shows the game in epic proportions.

So that means that blue TV puts a stop to European football competitions, which are actually free-to-air channels. Very unpleasant because you “force” your own customers to access other platforms. Not everyone can afford a blue Sport subscription and look at how they can receive the few free TV games and are now served a black screen from blue TV. This is another way to “scare away” customers.

I would like to express my outrage at the cancellation of the Champions League broadcast on Swisscom TV. As many of you may have noticed, last night’s usual European football coverage on Canale 5 was interrupted by a black screen.

This sudden change from Swisscom TV was very disappointing.

It’s not fair to force fans to pay an additional subscription just to watch games that were previously free to watch on Canale 5. Many have relied on this option and are now cut off from one of the most anticipated sports shows of the year.

We call on Swisscom TV to reconsider this decision and find a solution,

Your voice is important: Let’s protest together against this injustice!

PS: Sunrise TV broadcast the game instead.

Is it possible to go a size smaller? Expressing your dissatisfaction should be enough, let’s not make it more than it is.

What surprises me is that tomorrow evening at the Europa League they will also be doing this on Servus TV, but on RTL, it said today, not. Where is the logic here? Would the outcry be too great if the “big” channel were only blacked out by Swisscom?

I hate it when providers play police. I can well imagine that there are no problems on Kabelio today.

By the way, Canale 5 also ran smoothly yesterday with Kabelio. Well, this is where Swisscom is making itself unpopular!

I’m going to test Servus Tv via Kabelio today and give feedback.

REAL SH… what is being deducted!

Such a crazy action… it’s deleting it for me. All other providers like Zattoo, Sunrise, Quickline and Kabelio showed the game yesterday without any problems!!! Nice s… Swisscon really now.

If this continues, I will boycott and cancel Swisscom’s free TV offer. Blue SuperMax / Premium is also possible as a non-TV customer.
