Incorrect phone number on password reset

  • Hello, someone has access (someone: a person from BAG Telecommunications) to my account.

    Please HELP!!! SOS.

    The Swisscom employees cannot check my identity and therefore can no longer help.

    Please ensure that the case is forwarded to the Abuse Department.

      We are just as much Swisscom customers as you are and therefore unfortunately we cannot help you. With support you also have the option of having a verification code sent to you by post. This should give you access to your MySwisscom again.
