In fact, as indicated on the information concerning the broadcasts, including teletext (and the TV8 newspaper), it was not a mass that was broadcast but the cult of the Reformation from Belllinzona! On top of that, the cult was so poorly dubbed that we didn’t understand much since it was spoken Italian dubbed French. Fortunately the subtitles were in French, the two languages overlapping! Why not do a two-channel broadcast?

Small reminder: Swisscom, like any other service provider, retransmits the broadcaster’s signal. Swisscom has nothing to do with it. If that doesn’t suit you, I can understand, but for that you have to contact the RTS directly!

@Anastasie In fact, it’s simple, for everything that appears on the screen or on teletext in sound and image, it’s the channels themselves, as far as the guide is concerned, it is the data provider who, as we know, is not particularly careful. Having a Catholic priest appear at a Reformation service is already a failure. On SRF 1, where the same worship was broadcast from Bellinzona, we did better.

A big thank you to everyone who gave me good advice… I sent a message as registered, but it was impossible to find the message to refer to it. I clicked, came across the page in German and it took me a while to find this subject!!!

This would be added to the message I just sent (where it is impossible to attach an annex…. another problem!).

I don’t speak up much anymore because I realized that in fact I still have questions for Swisscom whose answers have been a long time coming… It’s very disappointing.

I keep clicking on links in German and I don’t know how to find the page where the message appears….. since by changing the language I don’t get to the right page.

@Anastasie Something I discovered. The links in the email notifications work if you keep a window open in the French forum. Otherwise many of the links in the notifications open the wrong topic in the German forum.

DanielID - Thank you for your “trick” which works, but you will admit that it is still a little “crooked” and that Swisscom could do what is necessary to correct this problem…. We can always hope!

@Anastasie The problem seems to be with the auto-login mechanism which takes place when opening the page and which bugs if there is a message with the same reference number in the German forum . The information has been passed to support but I know from experience that seemingly simple problems can be difficult and take a long time to resolve.
