Didn't receive confirmation code on my cell phone number. iPhone 15 Plus

  • I bought an iPhone 15 Plus in the Mobilezone shop yesterday. I traded in my old iPhone. The Mobilzone seller set the old one to the factory settings. At home I wanted to create my new iPhone from Apple’s Icloud from a backup. I registered with my email address and password. Now I should enter the confirmation code for the two-phase authentication that was sent to my Nate number. But where is the verification code?

      The iCloud code can only be displayed if the mobile number is working.

      Try using the WiFi.

      On the login screen, click “Didn’t receive a verification code?” Choose to have the code sent to your trusted phone number. You will receive a text message or phone call from Apple with your verification code.

      Normally I always install the data and settings from the old cell phone to the new side by side.

    Thanks for the quick reply. I’ve already tried but I get the message that this number is not trustworthy. I did provide this number. I don’t have any other phone number! I then put my phone number into my wife’s iPhone. but no code came either!
