Thank you but this method does not work as the phone does not offer a transfer option on the old phone. It only has "Search for new Esim" or "Scan QR code". In fact both the old (Galaxy Note 20 Ultra) and the new phone (Galaxy Fold 5) offer the same 2 options only. There is no Transfer option.

Alternatively please email me the QR code.

@Frigiopriet20 I'm a client like you and I have no access to your data, so I can't send anything. You should find it in MySwisscom under "Your Products" -> "Mobile" or in the Cockpit. With it you can activated the e-sim on the new device. If you can't find there I suggest to call the Hotline 0800 800800.

How can I get the QR code for my esim to register it on my new phone?

@Frigiopriet20 It is not necessary to post thing two times, as I wrote already if you don't find the QR in MySwisscom or the Cockpit, call the Hotline 0800 800800

Cockpit: Enter mobile number (swisscom.ch)

Whoever is reading this thread please note that the suggestions here do not work. The instructions from Samsung don't work either.

The problem remains unresolved.

If the Samsung instructions don't work, try to order a new eSIM directly via your My Swisscom account.
