No, it actually happens by chance, but they usually get the deliveries Tuesday through Friday just for the walk-in customers at the Apple store during lunchtime.

Unfortunately, I don’t know about the providers. I’m assuming it’s a different supplier/distributor than Apple.

My colleague, who works in retail, said that the providers and online shops receive their goods from the major supplier “ALSO”. Only insiders know whether this is actually the case or whether, for example, they also shop at Apple at the same time.

Interesting - which store was it? At Rennweg they have completely different rules than Glattzentrum or Basel.

The reservation didn’t work out at all, I’ll have to check shortly before 6 a.m. tomorrow.

But the reservations were all made for smoothness, since our company is right next door, that’s practical 🙂

For us it was slippery and Rennweg has really strict rules!

How did you even reserve online? Apple has removed this option for a few days now. It worked before. In any case, I no longer see this option. Shipping by post only.

When you select the device you want, a blue bar appears at the top with “Reserve iPhone now.” But that only works in the morning. Or via the app. I haven’t tried it anymore because I no longer need the device. But at least that’s how it worked so far.

Do you think that if Apple receives such a delivery, Swisscom might also receive new deliveries at the same time? Accordingly, Swisscom customers should receive information soon…hopefully.

As mentioned several times, if you want exact delivery times and can track where the iPhone is then there is only the Apple Shop, but even there the delivery times are quite long.

An iPhone 14 PRO is also a very good option and we used it to make great videos about Iceland in winter this year. If you could temporarily find one of these then you’ll be among the people with the photos and videos.

Colleague ordered on September 15th and hasn’t received it yet. Just for information! But the question about delivery times is meaningless. Nobody can say that. All are just rough estimates. If you just look in the online shops, not a single one of the Pro/Pro Max has a delivery date, but not one! Most variants should only be available from stock from around January.

That’s the case, except for melectronics, which initially stated a delivery time of 2-5 days and thus attracted customers 🤣..

Yes, I saw that with Melectronics too. Not a single shop has it, even at Apple you wait months at the beginning and Melectronics is supposed to have it in stock immediately and all the variants, memory and color? Can you maybe tell the Pope 😂 It was immediately clear to me that this couldn’t be the case.
