    how to transfer an email address to an existing bluewin account holder,

    bluewin doesn’t really explain how to do this, they are very limited in this area.

    Does anyone have an answer or experience with transferring an email address to an existing bluewin account?

      To proceed, the buyer must log in to My Swisscom and go to Your products - email - enter an email address.

      Second step: Enter the Swisscom Login and password of the holder of the email address in question

      You will then be asked if you would also like to recover the address book and other information. After confirmation, the email address will be transferred immediately.

      I also draw your attention to the following point: If the bluewin account is a ‘Bluewin email light’, only one address can be registered. If you encounter any difficulty, do not hesitate to let us know.

      One more small point, transferring the address results in deactivation of direct access to the mailbox. You will therefore need to define a new password for the box if you want to access other than with Webmail (telephone, Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.)
