Connection to myCANAL

    Yesterday I activated the subscription to Canal plus cinema series at 25.- I have all the channels on the TV box but I cannot connect to the myCanal application neither on the box nor on a tablet or smartphone, I am asked to go to androidtv.canalplus.com and enter a code but I must first be connected and that is where it is blocking, I do not have the identifiers, I do how?

    I thought it was like with the OCS app you go through the swisscom login to connect but there I have nothing apart from the myCanal login but I don’t know what to put.

      Canal+ Suisse will send you within a few days by post the instructions to follow to create a myCanal account.

    So I confirm that it is not by post but by email, I received a link this morning which allows you to activate your account and that’s it.

    At first glance there is quite a bit of content, however I don’t see Disney+, but I thought I understood that it was part of the offer, I must have been wrong. Or it’s part of canal+ the total at 55.- per month

    @paolov200 No, Disney+ is not included in MyCanal’s included content, you can book Disney+ plus in France via Canal+, but you have to pay for it separately, that is to say it is also not included in Canal+ La Totale, what is included is Paramount+.

    Ok. I already have a Disney+ subscription but I admit that I would have liked it if it was included.

    We subscribe to several services to get as much content as possible and in the end it gets expensive.

    I’m going to test mycanal for the minimum contract duration and then I’ll see if it’s worth continuing.
