DomiP @Deungazith48 as I do understand your request, the E-SIM did not get activated. As soon as you are getting a new E-SIM-Profile, you need to activate it by yourself by installing it on your compatible phone. In most cases everything should work fine.
Deungazith48 I went to swisscom shop to activate and they were not able to do it, Had to buy a new one and use it, so I end up paying for 2 but only one esim was used Please send me an email address were to send payment proof for reimbursement
