I bought the TCL Family Watch for my daughter a year ago with the inOne Mobile carf subscription for CHF 9.90/month. I didn’t think the price was cheap (the watch can only be used to make calls to 3 numbers and relatively little data is used) but it was ok… everything on one bill and from the same provider.
Now I also wanted to order a watch for my son. Selected the product at Swisscom and clicked on subscription. They only recommend the normal mobile subscriptions starting at CHF 59/month. By clicking on “other subscriptions” I can access the cheapest subscription “blue kids mobile” for CHF 14.90/month. Huge price increase of 50%!
I have now looked through all Swisscom subscriptions. There is a Kids Prepaid for CHF 9.90 per month which fulfills everything needed for the watch. In addition, there is a discount of CHF 5 per month for the “blue kids mobile” if other products are already available.
Neither prepaid nor discount options are shown as options in the watch ordering process. Unfortunately customer service couldn’t help either. Do you have an idea?

Here you sell a subscription for your future customers - the first 079 number for kids/young people. You can then count them among your loyal customers for life (if you do everything right).
Actually, I should receive a placement fee from you! 🤣👌
No, no joke… It looks to me as if you’re trying to sell more expensive subscriptions than necessary and a lot of people have probably already bought the “wrong” subscription!
