I find the implementation great for recording series. There is a small flaw: In the settings, you can extend the recording by 5, 15… minutes. It would be useful to be able to do the same thing with START of recording: start 5, 10 or 15 minutes BEFORE the official start of the program to be recorded. There are series which do not always start at the indicated time, but often a few minutes before. So we’re missing the beginning…

Thank you for your information, I looked, but it seems to me that manual programming with start time is only valid for a single recording. If I select TV recording -> additional recordings -> record a program or series via:, I fall back to the standard menu for series recording.
I believe that only a software modification can alleviate this problem.

Being a big fan of recordings, I have the same problem! This doesn’t happen very often on the big channels but very often on W9 or NRJ12 style channels.
It’s annoying to miss the start of the show and as you say, if you program manually, it doesn’t record the series:smileyfrustrated:
I browsed the Swisscom website a bit and on their lab (where I wanted to put the idea), I saw that 1 customer has already proposed this idea of also extending the start of the recording. Lab Swisscom
