Airties 4920 Admin Interface login

    Back then I bought the “WLAN Repeater” AirTies 4920 from Swisscom.

    It worked very well until now, but has since been replaced by the new one.

    Now I want to put the repeater into AP mode again, but I can’t log into the admin interface.

    Lt. Manufacturer this is possible as follows:

    IP: 192.168.2.254

    Username: admin

    I can get to the login page, but with none of the passwords. What I set back then doesn’t work either.

    I have already performed the reset 4 times.

    Does anyone else have a tip?

    Do I have to connect the device to my WiFi with WPS beforehand and then I can access the device?

    • I haven’t had any AirTies in my hands for a long time, if I remember correctly the default password for all of them is: password

    Does the box have adhesive on the bottom? If so: I would try the passwords (including the WiFi password) that are there. At least it works with other Airties models 😉
