- The FTP service is not yet fully up-and-running again. Tests are still ongoing.
- Swisscom will continue to provide status updates on the availability of the service.
- Due to a software update it has not been possible to carry out work on websites hosted by Swisscom since last Friday.
- The websites can, however, still be accessed and e-mail traffic is not affected.
- Swisscom is in contact with customers who are affected and apologises for the inconvenience.
