By the way 1:

Access to the cockpit also works abroad and without having purchased a roaming package.

By the way 2:

You can set a lot of other things on the cockpit, not just solve data packets…

Just browse around in the cockpit 😉

But when you order an additional package, only a list of countries appears, which shouldn’t help me.

Selecting the relevant country in the country list and selecting the package size doesn’t work?

Seppetoni59 But you just have to choose a country from World 1, I did that once, the following appears and then you can select the package size, this is then also valid in all other World 1 countries, I’ve done that several times made when I commuted between two World1 countries.

Thank you very much!!😀

Now with the selection of a country in the World 1 area it worked.👍

Now I can sleep peacefully 😴 or go on vacation.

But honestly the route seems a bit illogical to me.

I don’t think that’s illogical. As a rule, you go on vacation to a specific country, for example the USA and not to the world1 😉 So you want to buy a package for the USA. If you still have something left of the package, you can see at a glance in the cockpit where the package is still valid.

@rbrech sure, that’s also the normal case but if you want in 2 or 3 countries in the same zone, it’s not so obvious that the package is also valid in the corresponding other countries. Conversely, if you could only choose World 1 or World 2, you would first have to look in a list of countries to see which country belongs where. For me it’s okay the way it is.

@Gaeilgeoir

At least a notice should then appear. I also have data left over from World 2 for Mauritius. If I now select another country for World 2 in the cockpit, it appears that there are still active data packages for this country. But yes, I think today’s solution in the cockpit and country and package selection is also much better, for example in the past where you had to order a data package via SMS. The risk of ordering the wrong package was so much higher.

Unfortunately, you still can’t use up a higher quality data package in a lower value zone….

E.g. if you bought a Zone World 1 package and couldn’t use it up, then you should be able to use this package (if desired - selectable in the cockpit) in the EU/UK zone…
